VK Gallery specialises in art and crafts handmade within the UK. Due to the nature of hand crafted work, colours and sizes can vary slightly from the photographs.         

Please call us on 01480 498130 if you would like to see more photos of a particular piece of work before you decide. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.

Returns:

Unless purchased through our website (see below), we do not offer refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the goods to us with the receipt within 14 days and we will offer you a credit note or an exchange (valid for 6 months only).

We give 14 days home approval on items purchased through our website. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it with the receipt to VK Gallery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on the following conditions:

  • You must contact us advising us of its return within 14 days of your order's arrival with you; either by e-mail – info@vkgallery.co.uk or by telephone – +44 (0)1480 498130

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to VK Gallery.

  • It must be received back by the gallery within 14 days of the artwork’s arrival with you.

  • Provided the above conditions have been met, we will arrange for a full refund of the costs of the artwork to you. You will not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to us and insurance of the work during transit to us. Refunds will not be made until the work has been returned undamaged to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on Sale items.

Shipping:

  • After payment has been taken, our staff will expertly pack the items you have ordered, and arrange delivery. Goods will normally be delivered to you within 5 working days, via Royal Mail 1st Class or by courier. Postage fees are calculated by size and weight of your order

  • Alternatively, pick up your order free of charge from VK Gallery, 18a Bridge Street, St Ives, PE27 5EG

  • For International Delivery, please contact the gallery.

  • Full details of your transaction can be sent with your purchases, along with an email. On receipt, please check the items carefully and contact gallery staff within seven days if you have any concerns.

Please note that the gallery acts solely as agent for the artists and makers.

Whilst we make every effort to present the items accurately on the website, their colour and appearance may vary slightly from how they appear on screen.

Privacy Policy:

The privacy of our customers is very important to us and we take great care to safeguard it. We receive data from you when you complete an Order Form online and when you subsequently make payment. We retain information on our database of your contact and delivery details, and any purchases you make from us. After your initial purchase we will email you with details of gallery exhibitions and events as they arise. You may ask for this service to be stopped at any time by contacting the gallery or unsubscribing.

We do not retain details of your payments such as account details or credit card details once payment has gone through. We will not pass your details on to any other organisation without your prior consent. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, but we make a small administrative charge to provide this. You may request that we remove any of the information that we hold about you from our database, and we will comply as soon as we are able, and will confirm that this has been done.
