This abstract painting is inspired by the landscape of Silverdale in Lancashire, U.K. whilst on an art retreat.

“The landscape really energised me especially the combination of land & sea. The ebb and flow of the tidal estuary allowed for an expansive ever changing scene across Morecambe Bay.”

This painting is multi-layered with acrylic paint, ink and mediums, compressed charcoal and pencil. Finished with an archival acrylic varnish and cold wax medium.On a Tintoretto cradled wood panel.
